Bandages Plus Shipping Terms
Bandages Plus ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
All shipping timeframes referenced exclude the initial day of shipment, weekends and holidays.
Orders may not be shipped immediately, but rather will be shipped so that they are received within the stated delivery time frame as specified by the selected shipping method (see below). You should select the appropriate shipping method so that your order is received within the time frame in which it is needed. If you need your order by a particular time or date and are unsure as to when it will arrive, please contact us for clarification.
While we manage shipments to be received within the stated delivery time frames, we do not guarantee delivery within the stated time frames, with the exception of the Federal Express / UPS express shipping methods as follows:
- Standard overnight (Next Business Day)
- 2 Day (Second Business Day)
- Express Saver (Third Business Day)
Due to shipping cut-off deadlines, orders requiring the above express shipping methods must be received prior to 1 pm Eastern Standard Time in order to be shipped that day. We do not guarantee that any express shipping requests received after the 1 pm Eastern Standard Time deadline will be shipped on the same business day.
For orders to be shipped via an express method which are placed on non-business days, please take into consideration that the order will not ship until the next working business day.
Bandages Plus may elect to ship certain products directly from the manufacturer to ensure timely receipt of ordered products. Therefore, customers may expect to receive their order in separate packages.
Available Shipping Methods
No Rush Economy Shipping
- We offer Free Shipping on orders placed on-line and which are over $99, after any discounts.
- This option is ONLY available for shipments within the contiguous 48 states.
- Offer is not combinable with other discounts or offers.
- Bandages Plus will select the most economical method for the free shipping. Expect approximately 7 to 14 business days for delivery, depending on destination.
United States Postal Service - Priority and 1st Class Mail
- U.S. Postal Mail Service is generally the least reliable shipping method in regards to delivery time frames.
- US Postal Priority Mail service is NOT any sort of "express" shipping method and provides no guarantees as to service delivery.
- While oftentimes US Postal provides quick and timely service of approximately 2 - 6 days, we cannot guarantee this timeframe and this service should only be selected if receipt of your order by a specific date is not required.
- Both U.S. Postal Priority and 1st Class Mail generally take the same amount of time for delivery.
- 1st Class Mail is limited to packages weighing 10 ounces or less.
Federal Express / UPS
Ground: Has a transit time of approximately 2–6 business days within the contiguous 48 states, depending on destination. NOTE: Alaska and Hawaii require 6 to 7 business days. Cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Economy: Your order will generally be shipped from Bandages Plus via FedEx SmartPost for delivery to your local U.S. Post Office, who in turn will make the final delivery. Your order may be shipped directly with US Postal using their Ground Advantage service. Delivery time frame is not guaranteed, but usually takes 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location. NOTE: Bandages Plus reserves the right to select the exact economy shipping method to best suit each shipment.
Express Saver: Guaranteed delivery in 3 business days.
2 Day: Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days.
Standard Overnight: Guaranteed delivery the next business day.
International
Bandages Plus proudly serves the international community, shipping our products world-wide. Shipments to destinations outside of the United States are generally sent via U.S. Postal service fully insured. Orders may be shipped via FedEx, depending on location. NOTE: Bandages Plus reserves the right to select the exact shipping method to best suit each shipment. Please contact us for additional information regarding international shipping and rates.
Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping
If I urgently need my order, what should I choose as the best shipping method?
If you have urgent need or specific deadline to receive your order, we strongly suggest that you use one of the FedEx Express shipping options that we offer. Similarly, in these situations we also strongly suggest that you do not use any of the United States Postal shipping options, as the USPS tends to be the least reliable of all our shipping options. If in doubt as to what the best choice for shipping options to meet your personal needs, please contact us and we will be able to advise you.
Is US Postal Priority mail service a good choice if I urgently need my order?
The simple answer to this question is NO! US Postal "Priority" shipping is more of a marketing scheme rather than any sort of guarantee on the timeframe for shipping and receiving your package. While you may indeed receive your package quickly, we are constantly faced with situations where a package is delayed for periods far greater than our customers may have expected. The US Postal Service does not guarantee any stated delivery timeframes for Priority shipping and we will not be able to assist with refunds to the shipping costs if you select US Postal shipping.
What is the timeframe for international shipping?
There is no simple answer to that question, as it depends on the item(s) that you have ordered, the available shipping methods to your destination, and the length of time that customs in the destination country takes to release the order for final delivery. Also, note that any customs fees that may be charged for your order are your responsibility. Please check with the rules and regulations of the destination country regarding importation of medical-related products and associated importation fees.
How do I find the status of or track my order?
Upon placing your order, you should receive an order acknowledgement at the e-mail address under which the order was placed. Once your order ships, you should receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number at the same e-mail address. If you do not receive either of these emails, please check your spam folder as they may have been sent there. An alternative method to check on your order is to sign in to your Bandages Plus account, where you should be able to see all of your orders. If you are still unable to locate the status or tracking number of your order, please contact us and we will be able to update you.
